1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CodeDrop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CodeDrop is a platform for managing and distributing iOS and Android app promo codes. The Service allows app developers to upload promo codes and collaborate with others to distribute them.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You may not share your account credentials with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload codes you do not have the right to distribute
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute promo codes without authorization

5. Promo Codes

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to distribute any promo codes you upload to the Service. CodeDrop does not verify the validity or ownership of promo codes.

6. Promo Code Distribution & Platform Compliance

No Issuance or Validation of Entitlements

The Service does not:

• Generate, issue, or validate promotional codes
• Unlock application features or content
• Process payments or purchases
• Replace or bypass any Platform billing or entitlement systems

All promotional codes distributed through the Service must be validly issued by the relevant Platform (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and are subject to that Platform's terms and enforcement.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring promotional campaigns comply with all applicable Platform policies, developer agreements, and local laws
• The nature, scope, and messaging of promotional campaigns
• Determining whether codes grant temporary, discounted, or permanent access

CodeDrop does not review, approve, or control the commercial terms or entitlements associated with any promotional code.

Platform Enforcement

Platforms may independently:

• Monitor redemption patterns
• Enforce limits or restrictions
• Investigate promotional activity
• Take action against applications or developer accounts

CodeDrop is not responsible for Platform decisions, enforcement actions, or account penalties arising from a Customer's promotional activity.

No Guarantee of Platform Acceptance

Use of the Service does not guarantee:

• Platform approval of any promotion
• Continued availability of promotional codes
• Protection from review, rejection, or enforcement by a Platform

Audit & Transparency

The Service provides campaign-level tracking and audit data for informational purposes only. Such data does not constitute legal or compliance advice.

Recommended Practices (Non-Binding)

For customer convenience, the Service may present usage guidelines, warnings, suggested limits, or defaults. These are informational only and do not alter Customer responsibility for compliance.

7. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CodeDrop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

CodeDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
